In the window of the oval frame I have used Graceful lattice die cut .Bottom of that window frame I have used oval piece of diecut which I have distressed with distress inks -Squeezed lemonade and rusty hinge...Finally used #PABD sentiment die INSPIRE and decorated with liquid pearls.
Flowers I have coloured with Altenew ink cosmos red and highlighted with wink of stella, For the leaves used cheerylynn leaf die cuts, which I have painted with peeled paint reinker n then used crackle paint

For this card after cutting cardstock for my 1st project ,negative part of diecut left.,..I have used  that left out negative piece from my 2nd project.

These cute little bookmarks can be ideal gift for Teacher's Day!.Its very east to make . Used jumbo metal paper clips for these bookmarks . To stick two scallops circles diecuts I have used double sided foam tapes and hot glue gun (you can used red tacky tape also ). Stamped images are either stamped on pattern paper n fussy cutted and others stamped n coloured and then fussy cutted

Hello! crafty friends
Today its me Daksha Popat at Peek-a-boo Designs blog with my inspiration for Challenge #9 - colour inspiration...,you can choose any three colours from there and do your project..For prevoius inspirational project from our fellow DT's you can see HERE

I have two project to share...

Here is my 1st project using ink smooshing technique...

Its a  5'' * 7'' card . I took rangers water colour paper and using ink smooshing technique I have  prepared my background. Then misted with Perfect pearl mister to get that shiny pearly effect. Then stamped the butterflies on a smooth card stock using Black Archival ink, fussy cut them ,applied glossy accent and glitter rock candy.Placing all the butterflies roughly , I stamped the sentiment using MISTI tool . I stamped twice to get proper dark sentiment. Then did the layering using dark red card stock. Finally arranged all the butterflies and stuck with glossy accent

My second project using all five colours from colour inspiration board

This card is a single layer card..For the card base I took Iris paper which I distressed with peeled paint in the center ,then misted with water to get that beautiful water droplet effect.I stamped that ice candy on water colour paper with black Archival ink, then coloured the images using zig real brush  pens , fussy cut them ,used glossy accent and glitter rock candy ....arranged on my card center and directly glued...Finally stamped the sentiment and gave boarder lines using black marker

Hope you like my projects for today ...Waiting to see your work for this month challenge
Thank you

Colour board for August challenge!! at Peek-a-boo blog

Hello! crafty friends
My card is based on peek-a-boo designs colour board .. August challenge...minimum three colours we have to use, so here...  I have used Blue, yellow and green from that colour board n made my card.

                                         COLOUR BOARD FOR AUGUST CHALLENGE.

Closer view of my card

First I have stamp the flowers on Rangers watercolour paper with black Archival ink. Then coloured them with Zig real brush pens using two shades of blue n little yellow for the pollen center, for leaves I have used two shades of green and yellow. After colouring I have fussy cut both the images. gave a coat of wink of stella...Then I took top card layer 4.75"*6.75"and leaving bottom 1 1/2" did the line stamping using double line stamp from 'Its Plaid Time 'stamp set...I gave total eight lines. Then placing the flowers roughly I stamped the sentiment. Here I have used MISTI tool and shifted my sentiment a little to give that shadow effect to my sentiment. Then with black acrylic colour and water I splattered few drops of black colour...Then arranged my flowers using foam dots and decorated with few sequences and black rhinestone sticker..Finally I took my base card stock 10"* 7"and scored at 5" to get 5"*7" card ..did matting using blue card stock
